I've never seen a leader couple a strong business acumen with emotional intelligence like Tony does. He cares about each individual tremendously, and he will help you uncover your true talents. He is a true servant leader, and I've never in my life encountered anyone more genuine than Tony Ambersley.
I had the pleasure of opening 2 stores underneath the expertise of Tony. Knowing Tony he would disagree with the assessment of working underneath him as his strength of being an amazing collaborator & supporter is not only acted upon on a daily basis but is also felt by everyone that he surrounds. It was a privilege to learn & grow from Tony on how to develop high performance teams that are driven with both service & profit in mind. Tony's ability to take a group of store managers & drive them towards a common goal is a very unique trait that cannot be duplicated by all, & would be an asset to any company. I consider Tony a mentor of mine & can only hope we work together in the future.
Tony has the skilled balance of being a results orientated and people focused leader. He was able to leverage the talents of associates in our stores and motivate them to exceed in achieving their business and personal goals. In a short period of time, he was able to change the environment and results of our store (and district) with his positive, motivating and effective leadership.
